Memories of Schwartz’s in the 1950's, my father taking us for smoked meat sandwiches and twenty years later trying to recreate the feeling in Vancouver.
Take an idea, make it real and end up peeing into your own toilet inside your own Schwartz’s. I know cause I did it.
