The story of Hedwig Schmidt, an East German rock ‘n’ roll goddess who is the victim of a botched sex-change operation that leaves her with “an angry inch.” This outrageous & unexpectedly hilarious story is dazzlingly performed by Hedwig in the form of a rock gig/storytelling routine backed by her band “The Angry Inch.”
